SAM 2024 Assistant Programs
The 2024 Science & Management Symposium (SAM) will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orlando January 24 - 28, 2024.
Podiatric X-Ray Assistants - Initial Licensure OR recertification
A Podiatric X-Ray Assistants program will be offered on Saturday, January 27, 2024, during the SAM conference.
The eight-hour course (which will include a two-hour mandatory Medical Errors course) is for Initial Licensure and Recertification for Podiatric X-Ray Assistants.
The examination for the Initial Licensure of Podiatric X-Ray Assistants will be offered on Sunday, January 28, 2024, the final day of SAM 2024.
SAM 2024 will take place approximately sixty days prior to March 31, 2024, the biennium deadline for Florida Podiatric X-Ray Assistants to renew their licensure.
Please plan to join us and receive all necessary education in advance of your license renewal.

SAM 2024 Podiatric X-Ray Assistant Conference Registration is now closed.
No on-site Podiatric X-Ray Assistant registration will be available, and no switching of Podiatric X-Ray Assistant registration will be permitted.
If a registered Podiatric X-Ray Assistant is unable to attend SAM 2024, another Podiatric X-Ray Assistant cannot take the original registrant's place at SAM 2024.

FPMA is offering a new, additional option for SAM 2024: Attendance of BOTH the Podiatric Medical Assistant program AND the Podiatric X-Ray Assistant program. By registering for this option, attendees can participate in the Podiatric Medical Assistant program taking place on Friday, January 26, 2024 and then attend the Podiatric X-Ray Assistant program (for Initial licensure or Recertification) on Saturday, January 27, 2024.
